    My Lovely Hair @ Chop Shop, Knoxville, TN

    As you can see they gave me a bad deal and they don't want to fix it.  They said they wanted 125.00 to TRY to repair the damage, that THEY created, which I am not confident they can do.  My hair is now straight on the sides and wavy in the back.  Nice.  The name of this treatment is Aveda's Smooth Infusion Retexturizing System.  My hair is supposes to be stick straight.
